Dizzyness

Hi all , hope somebody can shed some light on to why I am feeling the way I do lately.
I'm type 1 diabetic , I've been on Dafne and my sugars the last week or so have been fine , they where before but they're a little better now. I'm currently on medication for depression , but just lately I feel very weak , I feel dizzy and sometimes the room shakes , sometimes it takes me a few minutes just to sit and rebuild my energy , I test for hypo but it isn't that as sugars have been between 5-9 when testing , I feel awful and don't know what to do until I get to see my GP. Checked for ketones too and nothing.

Any ideas?

R u on citalopram, I had been on that for a few months and was ok for a few months, but then started to feel worse. had a look at the side effects and wow,i had nearly all of em lol. Seen doc, took me off em, 3 days later felt great and still do a few weeks later. Must emphasise this was done with docs ok.

I'm currently on Clomipramine , I did come off them before and felt like this , but I've not stopped taking them , they make me feel better , but currently feel awful , feel rooms are spinning etc
