On my last visit to the DN she registered me with My mhealth, an app for recording BG readings and much more. Apparently Dorset NHS has paid for this and are trialling it. I have to say I am very pleased with it but equally pleased with the respect my DN shows me. It is good that she, and Dorset NHS are so forward thinking.
I will have some suggestions for improving the app when the time comes.

Interesting.
Could you post your thoughts on here as well, please?
I have recently looked at https://www.umotif.com/ but it seems to be more research based than day to day patient care.

Edit: just looked at the examples and it showed a daily chart of cholesterol levels. Does anyone test cholesterol daily? If so, why??

There are improvements that can be made, I think. An exercise log would be useful for me, for example. What I do like is that the info syncs between devices.

Most BG monitors have a PC application and a USB connection.
It would be good if it could import readings directly instead of needing you to type them in.

Its a shame the NHS does not require all BG meters to surport bluetoof connections to phones, as it would only add a few pence to the cost if done on mass.
