Linda, my DN, was interested at my last review about the Birmingham meet and asked for information. Bet she will regret that.

So far I have the Inspirational Stories, the 100 stone loss page, an article from Dr. Unwin, a list of web-sites she should look at - Jason Fung, Tim Noakes, Zoe Harcombe, Aseem Malhotral Malcolm Kendrick etc. Plus Diet Doctor and, of course, this aite.

Any suggestions of what else I can give her please?
