Afternoon all,
Yesterday I had my 3 monthly review. I knew my hbA1c was going to be high -and it was, but since having the bloods done, my daily readings have dropped - I printed off the reports to show her and she was pleased, and asked what I had done to improve it. I was pleasantly surprised when I told her I had cut carbs and was trying fasting and she said "well done", we then had a brief discussion about low carb, then she said that it was also worth looking at the Michael Mosly books - which I already have.
We agreed that whilst the what I eat seems ok, perhaps the amount I eat could do with tweaking - portion sizes etc.
It's always good when you feel supported.
