Hi Tricia. My A1c fluctuates between 6.5 % and 7 % almost always, my glycemia in the mornings are 120 and in post-pandrial do not exceed 200. I do not keep an exact carbohydrate count but I only eat whole carbohydrates. I currently take 1 daily dose of 800 metformin before going to bed. Are these fluctuating symptoms a mild neuropathy? or when the nerve is affected the symptoms should be constant?
