I haven't been diagnosed with Diabetes but my youngest son has Type 1. I randomly tested my bloods and got a level of 6.6 should I be worried???

No. The only reason you need to worry is if you have a formal test carried out by your doctor and you get a result indicating diabetes.

You do not say what time of day or how long after a meal you tested. If it was just a random test then nobody is going to worry unless it is above 11 or so.
