DO i have type 2 diabetes

If my fasting blood glucose (capillary ) is 7 but pre meal BG is less than 6. Do i have diabetes?

The members here are not doctors and cannot diagnose. Also there is not enough information in your post for anyone to diagnose. You need to have your blood taken in a surgery and tested by approved equipment.

Sorry but until all that happens you cannot be diagnosed with diabetes.

I agree with the above. If you are concerned you must see your doctor and ask for a diagnostic blood test.
