Do you find the weather affects your mood?

It certainly does for me! If it's bright (with sunshine) and blue skies and even if it's cold I feel so much better than if it's overcast. grey and dismal.

I'm sure I have SAD although the mornings and evenings are getting lighter earlier / later

How do people combat "bad" weather short of having a duvet day?
 
Have you tried a light box? My mum has sad and finds hers a big help during the dark winter months
 
Hi @lessci , yes I have got a light box. My husband bought me one for xmas and I've used it a handful of times but not sure if it's made much of a difference. Maybe I should persevere with it. . . .
 
I think mum uses hers every day during the winter for about an hour
 
me to this rain and colsd seem to go on forever i really dont think ive ever been warm since last july ahahah xx
 
Bad/wet weather doesn't effect me TOO badly (Good thing cos I'm in Pennine Lancashire where we don't tan, we rust!)
