I keep a close watch on all parts of my diet, including fibre. I use MyFitnessPal to keep a detailed and accurate food diary so always have this sort of info to hand
I've just used that and it says I need 20g a day . It says this figure is based on a diet of 1242 calories per day--the appropriate amount of calories per day based on my age and weight. My God, on those calories I'd be 7 stone by now. I need 1600 calories to maintain my current weight.
