Just my family and close friends, as I really don't want to discuss my health problems while shopping or meeting someone I know on the street! :problem: Same goes for my arthritis, although that is more difficult to hide if I'm having a flare-up. I'm type 2, so no chance of a hypo, and now that I have learned a bit more about diabetes, I really have little patience for the know-it-all types who try to tell you what you should eat, what their diabetic friends can eat, and how you can get 'better'! Thankfully those I have told are fairly supportive, and I'm trying to educate them a little, as the myths about diabetes are pretty widespread. Each to their own, but I don't particularly feel the need to tell everyone I know, but that's how I like to deal with it.
