docs visit

morning all had doc visit yesterday to discuss last blood test liver ok cholesterol was still pretty high am now on metformin,concern about my weight she said in 6yrs put on 3.5stone i didnt think that was bad but i dont usually put on much so there you go my hba1c was 7.8 but i am looking after my diet and walking more than usual.have lots of aches in muscles but doc said cos i suffer with my arthritis not sure but put me on stronger tabs.for 4 wks see how it goes apart from all that i feel fine(no more blood for 6mnths)yipeeeeeeeeeee after all that hope you are all keeping well

hi ian been on statins about 3wks now you may be right cos i only had the muscle aches for that time but doc said she would check again in 3wks."pretty high cholesterol" is docs word but not sure how bad no aches at all today but on diclofenic so maybe they are working had them before quite strong

Ian have had porridge every day for years i was brought up on it but not buying proactive "too expensive" we are both pensioners and my hubby has to have low spread as well for cholesterol--heart problems thanx anyway
