I got a fone call from my surgery and the doctor said to me we are very concerned about ur blood
test ur blood sugar is very high n i told her i had not taken my insulin that morning when the nurse took my blood and she said o i didnt realise u wer diabetic u could have knocked me down with a feather at least one of us know's :-[

I was going to write something about how appalling this is, how shocked I am... but I'm afraid it doesn't surprise me at all these days.
