Doctors aren't always right

I've lost 21 Kilos in just over three months with the actual diet being outlined below , my hab1c has gone down dramatically too.

It is not possible as the Hba1c would take at least 3 months to change after any intervention be it diet, drugs or surgery.

You are right...it is not possible for those who follow the conventional dietary advice and intervention...

Your Hba11c starts to change the very first day you change your diet, because it is cumulative every day gets a tiny bit better and every day that new tiny bit better goes into your average whilst an old higher number drops off the end. If you have a continuous monitor you can see this process happening through each and every day and every consecutive meal, Then it is simply a question of how long to wait between tests for those incremental changes to add to a meaningful change.

This process WILL happen as long as you stick to your diet, low carb, moderate proteins , preferably with an overall calorie deficit . If it does not happen then it is most likely because there is still to much of the wrong stuff for you, in your diet.

it is easily possible - I did it too!
