Just watching todays episode of Doctors on BBC 1......patient at high risk of diabetes in the future if they don't change their lifestyle and diet.....the ''doctor'' then reaches to get a piece of paper and presents it to the patient....and there it is....the ''healthy plate'' along with the advice...eat plenty of fruit , ''healthy'' carbs, lots of vegetables and cut down on sugar......even tv doctors aren't getting it right either

Typical :(

Let's face it: if the organisation that you work for prescribes a certain diet to lower the risks of developing T2, suggesting an alternative, particularly on TV, is probably going to be a career-limiting action :)
