Dodgy readings on iBGSTAR???

Hi,
I took a reading this morning with a 7.9
This has gone up .5 from waking- with no breakfast and a work out with heavy weights.
I didn't believe this figure, so I immediately re- tested using the same sample, as the blood flow was ok.
The next reading was a 8.3 followed by a 8.7!!!
Now, I expect some variance BUT .6 on the same sample?

The question is has anyone else had this issue and just how can I trust the meter?

Perhaps the only, solution is to get myself in to the 5's...that way I'm fine either way.

....just spoke to Sanofi
The explanation could be that as I changed strips, my blood may have become slightly oxidised.
In addition, they did question if I squeezed my finger at the end.
I'm not sure- it does seems that this in itself can screw up a reading, due to plasma or stuff.
