This is probably a silly question, but.....
Over not so distant summer months I was indulging in the odd bit of ice cream and alas, have put on about 3-4 pounds. Having being previously well controlled, over the last few weeks, my levels have not been as good as usual. Could this be due to the few pounds I have gained? Can just a few pounds really make a difference? When I last asked my dietician this, she didn't think so. But she also said that as long as hba1c o.k, after meal spikes were not dangerous!
I have also been suffering undue worry and disrupted sleep due to incompetent tradesmen carrying out home improvements at the mo. I know that stress can make things worse but will I be able to regain control again?
I hope so, starting to panic a bit now
