Does any1 have any good diabetic recipes? I'ev seen the ones on this site, and tried a few. I also wanted to know if I could still eat Nando's with t2? I relly like a whole chicken, 2 fries and a colewslaw... with water not coke though

Best thing would be to eat it,then,test 2 hours later to see what your sugars are.Sky high? try missing out the chips(carbs)and testing again,or the coleslaw etc till you find what works for you.Could take a few nando's but hey someones's got to do it!
