Does anybody use Bayer Contour Test Strips?

I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, but I understand some Type 2 Diabetics are having difficulty obtaining test strips. I have been changed from my Bayer USB meter to another, but still have 4 x 50 strips that were prescribed for me.

Can anybody use them? They are ok until June 2013, have not been opened. If someone would like to have them, please contact me and I shall send them to the first person that asks for them.

I have moved this into the type2 forum .
Then more type2's can have the opportunity to respond .
As this is where the need is the greatest .

Are they by any chance for the Bayer Contour XT?

If they are I would love them please.

Dougal,

I know a T2 who could use them as she is using a basic Contour meter that she received from Bayer a couple of years ago. But, Dougal why don't you keep them and use the Contour meter as a spare back-up meter?
