Just to ask everyone else, do you ever feel genuinely ill for no reason that you can put your finger on??? I have been experiencing high BS for a few weeks now and have finally managed to get them back to normal range (for me). Took some work but I'm glad I put the graft in, but I'm feeling terrible, no energy and headache, I have experienced it two or three times over the last few weeks, lasts for a few hours and then I start to feel better. So my question is does anyone else experience this feeling?? I'm not coming down with anything, but I was just wondering if anyone else does??? Just wondering if others feel like it, or is it just me, and as my wife says I'm just a hypochondriac!!
And I wish everyone a happy new year

I feel rubbish when I have high BG - no energy, headache, temporary re-emergence of previous sporting aches and pains, ...
And some times I have high BG for no obvious reason. I put this down to my body wearing itself out doing some bug-fighting before the bugs get a chance to really do their nastiness. I imagine my glucose-fuelled ninja blood cells fighting off the stealth bugs.

I note you are on metformin I do find that sometimes with metformin I would experience vague feelings of queasiness at times.

Have you looked up keto flue?
