you are off work after capel tunnel surgery?

My bosses have been asking and i have read anywhere between 2 weeks and 12 weeks :(

yeah I saw 1 week I think he said but I thinkhe said that was a few year back @Mrass bty hope the pregnancy is going well :)

operation complete, was first in so having diabetes has its bonuses I suppose hahaha.

Probably off work for 4-6 weeks though :( and have an impressive bandage on it

Looks good in the picture, it depends on what you do for work administrative worker 3 weeks but I have friends that have returned in as little as 1 week I am in construction I had both hands done 4-6 weeks each I took 6.

Looking at yr hand, reminds me of my CT dilemma back in the 90's. The stitches stayed stayed in for 7 days and I didn't do any heavy lifting with the hand for about 2 weeks. Partner did all the cooking and washing up lol

Seems a bit extreme just to get out of the cooking & washing up <G>

I'am a chef @Boating and the stiches are in for 10 days, will just see how the recovery goes. I have noticed it is starting to bruise on my palm under the bandage and on my wrist below the bandage

the bruising was normal for me, my daughter is a chef and suffers from carpal tunnel she is going to have the surgery this summer my wife also a chef a suffers from wrist pain,

Still have the pen marks on as I'm trying not to get it wet.
