I tried cooking it and I fail at everything

well I can do egg/bacon and meat chicken stuff
but im bored of cooking things that just turn out tasting of eggs or inedible

If there isn't any premade LCHF company's this is a missed opportunity :¬)

Try diet dr they pre make meals with foods you like to your dietary needs x hope this helps

i use avidlite online store they do all kinds from atkins low carb try this as well good luck

Having just looked at a 'low-carb' store, think it would be far better to stick to real, basic ingredients rather than more, endlessly commercial processed food stuff. Sorry!

Certainly agree, low-carb junk is still junk, sorry to say that includes atikins and other brands.

I wouldn't eat stuff I don't scrutinize ingredients though
low-carb on its own is not enough for me
low/zero carb + no sugar - no sweeteners (stevia allowed) and no WEIRD e stuff either

Given the latest Scaremongering on TV about bacon and bowl cancer I guess ill have to buy piglet's raise them kill and cook them
Given I cant cook anything that does not taste of meat and eggs - im getting a bit depressed

Don't cook. I just throw anything on a plate. Very lazy. Spinach leaves, nuts, seeds, olives, avocados, peppers, any (cooked) meat - love the bacon smoked by my local butcher - and/or cheese. Lashings of full fat mayonnaise. Yum!
Small price to pay and a big incentive to get off/stay off the Met, statins and it all keeps my blood pressure down and HDLs up.

They are just fine, I placed an order on Friday and the parcel is on route. I use them for many things as all the food I've tried from them has been good.

yep I think its ok if you already have an account but...

they are not responding to 3 emails I sent and...
my many activation email did not happen.

come to think of it they apologise on the [Home] page for not working well so
maybe they catch up on Mondays :¬):¬)

im not fussed either way :¬)

Have you tried to set up a different account on a different email? I never login or anything, just shop and on checkout, my email is tied to my details so it all goes through like that. I pay via PayPal anyway.

Was impressed with the low carb bread from them and the sugar free rum and butter sweets. Wish I could find a proper low carb recipe that wasn't full of seeds.
