Does Anyone Know What This Means?

My urea is 27, My bun creatinine level ratio is 40. My platelets are 499. I don't know much about this stuff, including how to navigate this sight. Technology challenged. Lol. But it doesn't sound good.
 
You need to speak to your doctor. It is unclear from your profile what type of diabetes you have but those numbers may indicate kidney issues.
 
Hi @Hgwood, The lab results will have units after the figures e.g. something like mg/l, or mmol/l etc etc And usually a normal range e.g. (30 to 45) etcetc. But as @Diakat says, it is up to your doctor to interpret the results, whether they are reported as in or out of range, and what the results mean in relation to you and your health..
