Best use I have found for it is coconut cauliflower rice.
I use espresso coffee (Illy) in a mug with 25g butter and a couple teaspoons of coconut oil - the coffee melts the butter and oil. Then use a hand blender to blitz it into a froth. It doesn't curdle. So teaspoon of coffee, ounce of butter and (how much coconut oil?) and whiz through in a blender is that right? Doesn't it curdle n go frothy? Do you have to melt the coconut oil first or does it melt in the hot water?
Never knew it was going to be so many questions for a cup of coffee-lol!
