Depends on the exercise, depends on the person, but exercise usually helps. Reason for asking may help with appropriate answers?
Looking at your other threads you have some rather random worries. Do you know if your doctor is going to do a Hba1c test for you? What kind of exercise do you do, foods you eat? Maybe if you lower carbs it will help with your weight loss?
I honestly think it would be better to wait for your test as we are all just guessing here.
