Just wondered if too much insulin can make you feel too hot?
I have insulin resistance and find that after eating breakfast, I tend to get too hot if I'm doing housework or walk the dog.
I am overweight, so I guess that could also be a cause.
Tonight I had some chocolate and it's now just over 3 hours since I ate it. I had to do some clearing up in the kitchen about half hour ago, and I am really hot and sweaty. It was only sweeping some stuff up!
Also I was looking at my phone this evening and I just felt so weird looking down.
Hate getting so hot when others around me don't!
