Everybody can change their attitudes if they want to. You say that you last tested 2months ago... And you can't get out of that habit... That just isn't true.... During the last 15 years I have had on and off depression. Diagnosed with fibromyalgia (that I never really believed) and also had some chronic times of leg pain. I have now found out that in 2003 it was suspected that I was allergic to aspartame and sweeteners... All of these can give these symptoms.... (I was never told that they suspected an allergy and it was not officially, properly put on my records). I know I was so good for about a year in 2011... And could not work out the reason why... My hubby and I had tried to think of everything that was different.... It was because at the time we were living in a caravan and wedidn't have any room for diet drinks etc.. We were totally sweetener free.... All I am trying to say is that sometimes it is things that we arent aware of that can so adversely affect our brains and the way we are.... However, I know for myself that to keep "good" I have to check all foods-not only for carbs but anything that may be a sweetener.. So I must change this habit too!! Please.. Consider that change is part of living.... Most of us hate change but we all have to do it at some point... It concerns me that you just accept a habit of not testing unless high...
