I decided to do an experiment today.
I did a fasting BG 5.2
I slice of salami for breakfast
45 minutes aqua mobility 5.8
short break for drink of water then
1hour circuits in the gym, mixing resistance with cardio.
5.2.
I suspect that, because I'd had no carbs, the exercise raising BG effect was modified.
the second clas put the BG back down nicely
Salad with a piece of cheese for lunch and some tasting as I cooked tomato and redpepper soup and no I've hit6.4 despite doing a LOAD of ironing TRhat's over my target.
Hope tomorrow's 4 mile hike gets me back into the preferred zone again.
