it could sound like you have a very unstable blood glucose with very high spikes of insuline right after eating high carb meals, well it doesn´t feel good, but it is common phenomenon in people being prediabetic before one get really diabetic... so no you don´t have diabetes, but you can maybe also prevent getting there in the future by changing into a low glychemic eating style or even the lower carb eating style...

Hi Freema - this doesn't sound unstable at all, for someone who may be concerned about developing diabetes but who isn't displaying high BG levels then please don't give out this information.
Thanks @Freema - Kirsty is mum to a young one, so tiredness wouldn't be uncommon, however it could be thyroid, iron levels etc etc, we really cannot diagnose so under the circumstances it's best that she get's checked out by the GP.
