Does using a 2way radio effect the use of an insulin pump

Hi all, im being refered to the hispital to see if I can get the pump to help with my diabetes, it suddenly hit me whilst at work will my having a radio to get in touxh with management or security if needed interfere with the pump. If you can help ty.
