Appointment with heart specialist today and he showed me this descending line on my HbA1c tests over the last two years. He asked how without medication I had gone from 71 to 51. I eat fairly normally spuds rice pasta but I drink evoo and I use acv I eat porridge daily I eat raw ginger chew cloves have ginger and clove tea twice a day I eat a clove of raw garlic I eat two dates in the morning two in the evening have nuts and berries twice daily have cardamom a couple of times a week with turmeric... religiously. Bottle of whisky once a month. I measure nothing I don't really time anything because I think that would not be natural in any natural daily food consumption I also have half a dozen lemons a week half a dozen eggs as little white flour as possible but have pizza now and then. I'm seriously into adding all this stuff to my diet daily rather than remove stuff only problem but not a big one is my weight never seems to change. 17 STONE ALL THE TIME BUT AT SIX TWO i M NOT REALLY CONCERNED. lIVER FUNCTION GREAT KIDNEYS GREAT HEART STRONG BUT aLT fIB. oTHER THAN THAT i HAVE t2 diabetes which to be honest I hardly think about. My nuts berries olive oil vinegar etc are more for blood pressure control which is giving me an average of 132/42 at the moment but the side effect seems to be great blood sugar control. I'm very tired a lot of the time which is the next thing I have to research and work on.
