don't ask no idea !!!!

I found the same with porridge first test when I get up and most mornings BG level is 6.0 to7.0 two hours after having porridge around 5.0 to 5.3 thought it was low as many say their BG soars if they have porridge so have tested it about 4 times now and every time low 5's so I will go on having it. It sounds the same with your soup so you can go on enjoying it
 
well done it's amazing how this happens i'm looking forward to trying other foods but still have to keep
counting the calories and carbs though
