Don't you just hate it and feel really stupid when you think you've bolused, and then your blood glucose tells you you haven't...

Prior to breakfast, had blood tested, dialled in the carb amount, selected the bolus type and got to the deliver screen on the remote. I must have been interrupted and failed to press deliver. First I realised was as the feelings of rising blood glucose took over.

Went back and reviewed my data, and I'd clearly forgotten. **** it. At least I noticed it relatively quickly and looks like I won't escalate to double figures. Still annoying though

Thank goodness for my new echo pen, I can check when I had my last dose and the time scale . But definitely annoying and a bit dopey too

It can be very annoying, I often forget to take medication that's due to illness rather than distraction, I have found myself either taking a double dose of Glicazide or forgetting to take it altogether. Only last night I got a marker pen on the foil ringing around am, and pm, then putting days along it. I feel a bit stupid, perhaps I should ask for my medication to be dispensed in a medipack......... thats the problem with taking ten tablets at night and four tablets in the morning.......lol

Lol (and sorry for laughing) but that's me all over !!
