double cream dessert

hello!

is there a way to make double cream dessert with vanilla or chocolate but not much sugar?

I bought Tesco Finest Madagascan Vanilla Double Cream which is very nice, but a bit too sweet for me and it has 17g of sugar per tube.

I could do with 5g of sugar per tube/250ml and a vanilla or chocolate flavour

any idea?
 
Whip double cream and add no sugar added cocoa powder. Job done.

Whip double cream grate on bitter dark chocolate. Job done

Even use Anchor Extra Thick squirts cream (must be extra thick variant). Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Job done.
 
250g butter, 200g your favourite dark chocolate, orange or mint are my favourite, 150ml double cream, 1tsp cocoa if you like it. Melt slowly in the microwave, whisk with a fork until melted. Pour into ramekins/expresso cups. And leave in the fridge until solid. Bring out the fridge about 10 mins before you eat - if you can wait that long.
 
I've taken to melting 2 squares of 85% and then stirring double cream into it, and then pouring it over something, usually partially defrosted frozen berries.
 
Is there a chocolate powder without sugar that I can pour into thick double cream and stir it to make a dessert? Or liquid? Other flavours like vanilla are welcome!

does it have sweeteners? I once ate 92% cocoa chocolate and it was horrible. I need it to be minimally sweet

maybe there are diabetic syrups in various flavours?

I don't think it does, do a google search.
 
the problem is that I need it to have some, otherwise it will be extremely bitter
it says sugars 0, but it has 20% carbs, but it doesn't say if it counts polyols in it
 
Ever thought outside the square?
 
Green&Blacks is pure cocoa powder, no sugar or sweeteners there. When you use it, you need to add some sort of sweetener of your choice
