Having been persuaded by the many recommendations from this site, I am now in the possession of a mint(xylitol-sweetened) copy of the latest edition (4) of the bestselling "The Complete Guide To Achieving Normal Blood Sugars".

Once I have finished I am prepared to pass it on to the first taker for postage and packaging cost only under the following conditions

(1) The recipient must not currently be on a low-carb diet
(2) The recipient must be prepared to forward the book to someone else under the same conditions

The reasons for this are

(1) I do not wish to be seen to be 'selling' on this site
(2) I do not wish anyone, including Dr Bernstein, to be accused of profiteering from diabetes like the pharmaceutical companies are, as that would be double-standards

I'd love to have a read, and will fulfil those conditions ... perhaps we can just use this thread as the library record card?

Seems reasonable to me. I need to comfirm with taker no. 1 that they are ok with this and will get back. You are the third taker so there has not been the rush I would have expected from such an iconic figure. Maybe I should have advertised it as 'Kate Moss - How To Get A Figure Like Mine'. :D

Didn't she just consume vast quantities of lactose?

Whatever it was, didn't do her figure much good ... all skin and bones ... not a carb has crossed her lips in years I shouldn't wonder.
