Dr. Bernstein diet - how to get enough calories?

Sorry if the below question has been answered? If so where?

1. Is there a danger of depleting the liver's emergency sugars if low carb?

2. If low carb is there a danger of a hypo when doing exercise?

3. If low or no insulin how does this low carb get into the muscles?
