Hi, I have recently been told that I am pre-diabetic and for the next 3 months should follow a low GI diet and take regular exercise.
After researching a bit further I've come across the Dr Bernstein's Diabetic solution book with recipes and wondered if anyone here had tried it with success? I also wondered if there was anyone who had stopped the onset of diabetes by following a wheat and grain free, low carb diet ?
I'd really appreciate it if anyone has any good links to recipes I could try too. Thank you !
