Dr Berstein's Diabetes Solution


Hello, stressing will do you no good and sounds like you have an abundance of will-power just from reading your progress. I think your 2 hour reading is excellent. Dr. Bernstein is an excellent source to start with. I have been tracking my numbers since I started the low carbs meal program and all of numbers have come into line. I thought for sure my cholesterol reading would be off the charts, not the case.
