Hello and welcome, I drink tea, I love tea and have a few cups a day and I have always used semi skimmed milk ( green top)

I am always drinking tea. Can have up to 10 cups per day easily. Apparently your background insulin takes care of it, but I would test just in case yours doesn't quite cope with it.. I have skimmed milk, but I think full-fat gives less of a spike. Enjoy your cuppa, don't deprive yourself.

Awh that is fantastic news ha. I'm jus having me last tea for the night before I check my blood levels for the night . Thank you

As many as you like. I'm at least 6. As I mentioned in the last post of yours I commented on I don't personally need to count milk but the amount of milk most have in a cuppa probably needs nothing anyway. Bang on.

Yes grand . I did a bita research on tea an it's good for diabetes. So somethin good to look forward to

I probably drink 3 mugs of tea with milk and two cups of green tea a day, depending on the amount of milk you use in your tea a small amount should have a negligible effect on your bg levels, if you like your tea milky then look for the Lactofree milk in the supermarkets, it contains around half the carbs of normal milk.
