In the winter, cannot stand it.
So given now with t2 I need to drink more (well what I should be drinking) I’m thinking ahead.
Once weather gets colder I know I will struggle to drink just water.
But what drinks can we add to the water?
Are no added juices like Robinson’s ok? Or are they still bad for our sugar control?

Simply squeeze fresh lemon juice into it?
I think you're looking at around 1g of carbs per tbspn of lemon juice. You can get upto 3 tbspns of juice from a whole lemon.
It depends what sort of flavours you like and if you want hot or cold. I've found Twinings fruit infusions brilliant. I use 2 bags per mug of water, let it steep and drink it hot. I also buy and drink Tesco's lemon concentrate cordial, zero carbs
I like red if that makes sense. So blackberry, cranberry that kind of thing.

It would be for cold drinks during the day to replace water.

Twinings teas, great hot or cold or luke warm. I'm a red too so my faves in order of yum for me
Cranberry and blood orange
Cranberry and raspberry
Strawberry and raspberry (a little sweet)
Blackcurrant and blueberry
I also go into local "Euromarket" and buy Polish infusions, top favourite there is "Malinowa" =raspberry
I have Robinson's No Added Sugar squash, usually lemon, with hot water. I don't like tea and coffee isn't thirst quenching.

The sweetener depends on which flavour you have, the lemon has aspartame and saccharin.At face value, it looks fine. What is it sweetened with?
I drink Tesco Orange and mango squash no added sugar. Zapped it on the change 4 life food scanner app and is thumbs up!
