I make cucumber water. Its easy, just add a slice of cucumber to water and drink. Or you can leave it in the fridge for a few hours for a stronger taste.I heard you can make cucumber water, although I haven't tried it.
I *have* tried sipping pickle juice, and that seems to work, but it's a lot of sodium, and I didn't fancy the acid on my teeth.
I have no idea. I just know I start to feel rough and very headachy.Three thoughts from me:
1) You could try adding these electrolytes to water: https://www.bulk.com/uk/electrolyte-powder.html
2) I make my own ‘electrolyte’ drink by squeezing the juice of half a small lime into a large glass of iced water and adding a pinch of pink salt. It’s very refreshing.
3) If you’re adding salt and increasing thirst, are you sure that it’s an electrolyte problem?
ThanksSomeone will correct me if I am wrong, but I think Smartwater from supermarkets and Amazon contains electrolytes.

ThanksI drink my lemon water with a pinch of salt lite. Or BCAA, it’s like really expensive zero cal orange juice, loaded with amino acids and electrolytes.
Thanks
Does pink salt make it salty? I hate salty things. If it doesn’t I’ll give it a go.
Thank youI put a small pinch - just guess how much. It doesn’t taste salty to me. I stir well to mix everything up. If it’s too salty, just dilute a d store the surplus in the fridge for later.
salt lite is 50% potassium
