Hi and welcome to the forum.

You might get a response if you put your question on the Type1 board.

The one servere, you should be fine with. The rest you do not need to mention as you didn't need help. It's when it reaches the 2nd hypo you have to worry about. That's if it's a car licence.

My understanding along with Carbsrok is that it's two assisted hypo's where the DVLA will consider taking your licence away.

I think the DVLA have now ammended their questionaire sheet about hypoglycaemia and with regards to hypos requiring assistance (third party help), this should be in the form of paramedics coming out to help you and not you needing help from someone giving you cup of tea with some sugar in it for example because you have asked them to do this as you dont feel ok.....

If you had a hypo whilst driving and was able to pull over to the kerb ok to deal with it or even ate some sweets to sort it out, then there is no need to declare these events on the questionaire........

Sometimes though paramedics get called out to treat hypos when in actual fact there is no need as the diabetic has been able to treat the hypo themselves.............Its just that the general public might worry..........
