Hey.. I'm 19! Just done my first ten lesson going for my theory soon. But when I get to the insurance part and I've notified DVLA that I'm Type 1 will my insurance go down at all?

Hi Ricky,

Unlikely to go down but on the other hand it shouldn't go up because you are diabetic. They can't discriminate.

Shouldn't you already have informed DVLA that you are Type 1?

I told them that I was type 1 a few day after I got discharged from the hospital
