I lost my licence a few yrs ago as I was found driving whilst having a hypo. I've now decided to reapply but not sure if the procedure&having difficulty getting through to the DVLA- can anybody advise me or can I go to a Post Office to fill out a form??
 
I think you'll need to get confirmation from your GP stating you now have good control and good hypo awareness.
Probably just best apply, form D1(?), and see what they ask for.
