I'm not a driver so I am not sure of driving rules etc
Today whilst on my bus journey home we stopped just before a traffic light, with an alley on the left. A van driver started reversing out of the alley so that when he got onto the road he was facing us then he began to drive across the lanes so he was on the correct side of the road. Our bus driver shouted at him and said he should of had his hazards on but the van driver said our bus driver was wrong. I was just wondering who was right?
