Is there any laws in relation to driving while hyper?

For example, im just about to set off to the gun club, done a blood test, have a reading of 21.2.. I feel perfectly fine Apart from being a bit hot and sweaty which i normally feel while hyper.

I have seen plenty of info about driving while hypo, but not hyper

I asked the same question a little while ago... There don't appear to be any laws around it, but you should apply common sense. If your sugars are high and you feel unwell or your sight becomes so blurry that you cannot read number plates etc, then it's perhaps not wise to drive. Legally though, there doesn't seem to be any law that says 'you must not drive if your sugars are over this level'.

One might also be tempted to ask what the law is regarding shooting while hyper :)

The firearms law i know... And there is nothing that covers anything diabetic related :D

Having said that, when i do go out night hunting alone i do worry a little incase I go hypo, so i do take care to test often,
