Hi Kegstore just phoned local council up and they said theyd never heard of a discretionary pass for people with debilitating hypos who it is unsafe to drive for. They said they would send form out anyway but it is forpeople with mobility probs which i dont have.I will wait and see when the form arrives .Thanks anyway will let you know what happens. :?kegstore said:Yes - discretionary passes are issued by your local council. Obtain an application form from them, your GP will need to fill in a section, then send it off. Turnaround is normally fairly quick.
