Yes mate, you keep going unless they write and tell you not to. Let's hope it doesn't come to that,.

Yes, providing your Health Care Professionals have passed you fit to do so; if you're managing your diabetes with insulin then you'll receive a medically restricted licence that (currently) lasts for 3 years. (DVLA do send out renewal forms and medical questionnaires in good time.)

There's one BIG issue though: if you have two or more hypos in a year that require the help of someone to bring you back to reality then you can lose your licence - including if said hypos occur during sleep.
