Dry Eyes

I've been taking artificial tears for years now since being diagnosed in 2010. Is there a connection to diabetes ?

Apparently. I have dry eyes caused by diabetic nerve damage - so basically my corneas are not telling my tear glands that they are dry

I have dry eyes too and use a carbomer gel
