[QUOTE="Jewiemax, post: 2550740, member: 560760"] Hi [emoji2322], I have hypothyroidism & recently diagnosed with T2D. I tried a low carb diet over this Summer but was told to stop by my GP as it triggered hypothyroidism despite medication for this which I have had for years. Still watching carbs and keeping them at moderate portions. Also walk nearly every day and swim regularly. Bit stunned as I don't eat huge portions, in fact hubby eats more than me and doesn't have any health problems. Have been told that my T2D is connected to my autoimmune hypothyroidism. Have been cutting down on sweet treats () so hoping next blood test shows a decrease in blood sugars [emoji120][emoji1696] [/QUOTE]
