I agree with you on avoiding sulfonylurea for the following reasons alone. Any drug that causes weight gain in type 2 diabeties is adding to problems. I had worse heart readings in one week on the drug and ten pounds weight gain in a week on my same diet.

If I understand you, you used to take both metformin and a sulfonylurea but now are drug free?

By the way, what you are listing as your length is normally referred to in English as your height. This is not true of infants, because infants normally are lying down. Once a child walks, we measure by height. Your sis 6 feet one inch

Congratulations on your great weight loss and keeping your weight off. You are a champion!
Thank you
But I was not obese I'm normal Weight but I loos my weight because I have polyuria and polyphagia so I loos all my electrolytes now I try to recovery my muscles

Both polyuria and polyphagia are common signs of diabetes and are for most of us part and parcel with the condition.

Why some people have obesity and do not lose weight because polyuria and polyphagia
As we know these two reasons make them lose everything (water, electrolyes,mg,k, extra)
